Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations, returns, and refunds for our handmade products. Last updated: February 2025.

At MOJJI'S, all products are handmade and made-to-order. Each item is individually crafted after order confirmation, which affects our return and cancellation policies.

Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Production begins: After order confirmation
  • Dispatch time: Seven (7) working days after confirmation
  • Delivery: Varies by location and courier service

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Two (2) working days from order confirmation
  • Full refund available if cancelled within this period
  • After 2 working days, cancellations are not permitted as production begins
  • Email contact@mojjisbymehroz.com with your order number to cancel
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method

Returns

Return Window: Seven (7) working days from delivery date

Returns Accepted Only For:

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching issues, material flaws, construction defects)
  • Incorrect items received (wrong product, color, or size)
  • Damage during shipping (report within 48 hours)

Returns NOT Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Natural leather variations (color, texture, grain)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Customer measurement errors
  • Normal wear after use

Return Conditions

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Complete with all accessories and packaging
  • Accompanied by clear photos of any defects

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 working days at contact@mojjisbymehroz.com
  2. Provide: Order number, photos of the issue, description of the problem
  3. Wait for approval (24-48 hours)
  4. Ship product only after receiving approval (use trackable shipping)

Refunds

Refund Timeline: 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price for our errors
  • Original shipping costs (if our error)
  • Refunded to original payment method only

Return Shipping Costs:

  • MOJJI'S covers costs for our errors (defects, wrong items)
  • Customer covers costs for all other returns

Important Notes

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery
  • Report damage/defects within 48 hours for shipping damage, 7 days for manufacturing defects
  • We do not offer direct exchanges; request return and place new order
  • Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Do not ship returns without prior approval
