At MOJJI'S, every product is handmade and made-to-order. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your masterpiece arrives safely. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. We offer domestic and international delivery where available.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the service you choose. Any applicable promotions (e.g. free shipping) will be applied before payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your MOJJI'S account and visiting your order history.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@mojjisbymehroz.com with your order number.
All MOJJI'S products are packed with care to protect your handcrafted item during transit. We use quality packaging so your order arrives in the same condition it left our workshop. Please retain packaging if you need to return an item (see our Return & Refund Policy).
We aim to dispatch and deliver within the stated timelines. Occasionally, delays can occur due to high demand, customs (international orders), or courier issues. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Damage in transit: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, report it within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle shipping damage.
Lost or missing orders: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, or if it has not moved for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.
