Shipping Policy

How we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Last updated: February 2025.

At MOJJI'S, every product is handmade and made-to-order. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your masterpiece arrives safely. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Processing & Production Timeline

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
  • Production begins: After order confirmation. Each item is individually crafted to your specifications.
  • Dispatch time: Seven (7) working days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping: Once dispatched, your order is handed to our courier partner. Delivery time varies by location and service selected.

Shipping Options & Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. We offer domestic and international delivery where available.

Domestic (Pakistan)

  • Delivered through trusted courier services.
  • Estimated delivery typically 2–5 working days after dispatch (depending on your city and courier).

International

  • We ship to select international destinations.
  • Delivery times and charges vary by country and are displayed when you enter your address at checkout.
  • Customs, duties, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the service you choose. Any applicable promotions (e.g. free shipping) will be applied before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your MOJJI'S account and visiting your order history.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us at contact@mojjisbymehroz.com with your order number.

Packaging

All MOJJI'S products are packed with care to protect your handcrafted item during transit. We use quality packaging so your order arrives in the same condition it left our workshop. Please retain packaging if you need to return an item (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Delays & Issues

We aim to dispatch and deliver within the stated timelines. Occasionally, delays can occur due to high demand, customs (international orders), or courier issues. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Damage in transit: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, report it within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle shipping damage.

Lost or missing orders: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, or if it has not moved for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.
