All MOJJI'S products are handmade leather goods crafted after order confirmation:

• Each product is unique and made specifically for you
• Minor variations in color, texture, grain, size, and finish are natural characteristics
• Variations are not defects but evidence of authentic craftsmanship
• Product images and descriptions are approximate
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product availability

• Your order is accepted when production begins
• Production time: 7 working days after order confirmation
• Cancellation allowed: Within 2 working days of confirmation only (full refund)
• After 2 working days: No cancellations permitted as production has started
• You are responsible for accurate shipping addresses and order details
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to couriers or external factors

• All prices in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and subject to change
• Payment via secure third-party gateways (we don't store card details)
• Payment required in full before production
• Taxes added at checkout
• International customers responsible for customs duties and import fees

Cancellations

• Email contact@mojjisbymehroz.com within 2 working days for full refund
• Refunds processed in 7-10 working days

Returns (Within 7 days of delivery)

Accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Shipping damage (report within 48 hours)

Not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Natural leather variations
• Customized items
• Measurement errors

Return requirements:

• Must be unused in original condition
• All tags and packaging intact
• Prior approval required (email photos of defect)
• Customer pays return shipping unless our error

Refunds: Processed in 7-10 working days after inspection, to original payment method only.

• Products provided "as is" without warranties
